Get up and running fast

Everything you need to install, configure, and connect Tamim ISP Billing System to your network.

Getting Started

Tamim ISP Billing System runs on a standard PHP/MySQL stack. Most ISPs are fully installed and billing their first client within an afternoon.

  1. Purchase a license and receive your download link and license key.
  2. Upload the package to your server and run the installer.
  3. Connect your MikroTik router(s) and/or OLT hardware.
  4. Create your packages, import or add clients, and go live.

System Requirements

PHP 8.1+

With standard extensions: cURL, mbstring, PDO.

MySQL 8 / MariaDB

For storing billing, client, and network data.

2 vCPU / 4GB RAM

Comfortably handles a few thousand active clients.

SSL Certificate

Required for the client self-service portal and payment gateway.

Installation

Upload the release package to your server, then run the guided installer from your browser.

# Example: upload & extract on a Linux VPS
unzip tamim-isp-billing.zip -d /var/www/tamim-isp
cd /var/www/tamim-isp
chmod -R 755 storage/ cache/

# Then visit in your browser:
https://wob.netbd.shop/install

The installer checks server requirements, creates the database, and walks you through your first admin account.

MikroTik Setup

Enable the API service on your router, then add its IP, port, and API credentials inside Settings → Routers.

/ip service
set api disabled=no port=8728
set api-ssl disabled=no port=8729

Once connected, PPPoE secrets, queues, and live sessions sync automatically.

OLT Setup

Add your OLT's management IP and SNMP/telnet credentials under Settings → OLT Devices. Supported vendors are listed in the device dropdown during setup.

Billing Configuration

Create packages under Billing → Packages, set a billing cycle and grace period per package, then assign clients. Auto bill generation and auto-suspend follow the rules you set here.

SMS & Email Setup

Connect any local SMS gateway or SMTP provider under Settings → Notifications to enable automated due reminders and receipts.

API Reference

A REST API is available on Professional and Enterprise plans for integrating your own tools.

GET /api/v1/clients
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

Response 200:
{
  "data": [ { "id": 1042, "name": "Rafiqul Islam", "status": "active" } ]
}

Troubleshooting

Most connection issues come down to firewall rules blocking the MikroTik API port, or an SSL certificate missing on the payment portal. Check the FAQ or contact support if the issue persists.
